Much improvements to be made.. my equipments.

As the performance date draws nearer and nearer, the band that I play in gets more stressed. We barely settled on the songs, barely settled the arrangements of the songs and I am still fat.

How often does one see a fat musician on the stage. The last I saw was Jack Black, but he is funny so that takes away the attention from his belly.

Me I can't play bass for nuts and I am no where as funny as he is. Or have his beard for that matter (yes I tried.)

Infact I think I more like Butters from Southpark on stage.

I am a drummer, more comfortable behind the drums. But since I am already in I have to work my way around. So if I can't play skillfully, I play with effects. Like gamers who play with cheat codes.

My pre amp Hartke bass attack will help tone and shape up the sound of my bass. A DI box itself is useful for place like Zouk so I don't have to lug a amp around, I can just plug into the PA. Once its on... I never want to turn it off.

Hartke Bass attack comes with phantom power and XLR output. Shapes up the sound of the bass pretty well.

Then of course there is the Behringer BCH 100 chorus pedal. Pretty clean sound I must say. Good for the slower songs. The sound surpassed my expectations. Quite cheap as well.

Another value for money effect is the Beta Aivin BOD 1 Bass Overdrive. Good for the heavier songs like New Divide and Shout. Can really hear and feel the distortion in this one. I like the sound of it.

And of course to round things up is my custom Flying V bass guitar. Its name.......DIEND.
Dont ask why.

And like a soldier in Vietnam with his rations and rifle (noticed the priority for me?) I bring my effects and Diend. No rations cause I presume I will eat dinner before that. Can't play with an empty stomach.
