Little Shop of Horrors

Attended my second play for the year. Hot on the heels of Forbidden City comes Little Show of Horrors. A wonderful adaptation directed by Tan kheng Hwa. With Dimsum Dollies and the fantastic Hossan Leong.

Great how they adapted the play into local context with Skid Row becoming Lorong Skid Row and terms like medisave appears.With Dim Sum dollies spot on imitation of minah parking aunties. I would have expected Lim yu beng, who has a small role to have a cameo of Sargeant Tan from mediacorpse Triple 9. That would be funny.

Makes me wonder why no one will do a Singapore Rock play. about the trial and tribulations of a singapore musician. Will be interesting to see actually.

Anyway after the play on the way back. Came across the Kitty mobile with a male driver. Interesting
