A little incident happened on Valentines day itself. Well to cut a long story short, my girlfriend needed a shoe at about 9 plus at night. So there we were stuck outside Tangs.
Instinctively I ran in and managed to persuade the security guard to let me in to get shoes.
Once in, I saw that a few aunties were closing the cashier. I approached them and explained that I need a new pair of shoes urgently. Without even making eye contact with me. The aunty said sorry cashier close, come tomorrow.
I was like come on, I needed a NEW pair of shoe urgently and I held up the broken pair.
Sorry cashier close come tomorrow
IF I WERE TO COME TOMORROW, I WILL COME SLAP YOU SILLY WITH A NEW PAIR OF SHOES BITCH
I thought to myself.
So running short of time, I walked out and told my girlfriend to hang on while I went to Lucky Plaza’s Royal Sporting House. I braced myself for another rejection.
Surprisingly the male staff let me in and accompanied me to choose the shoes that I wanted. Such good service is hard to find in Singapore.
Honestly Tangs, should relook into their service qualities and they certainly have a lot to learn from Royal Sporting House. I forgot the name of the staff, but definitely he should be commended for his good service.
Tracking back, how often do I praise people for their service, this has got to be a first.
Honestly, Service is Singapore is definately not found in Tangs. I bet if some ang mor were to be there, The aunties sure panic and move the entire store room of shoes for him to choose.
I contemplated going back to slap the Tangs people with the shoes I bought.
I dint want to dirty it.
