I will be honest, I had a chance to try a lot of phones and Samsung was one of them, I wasn't too impressed previously, thus I had abit of doubt about the Galaxy S....
I was wrong...
Pictures don't do the screen justice.
The phone though looks big but it feels light and thin. The form factor is amazing. It looks like the phone that will impress chicks when I hold it. I think, but don't quote me on it.
I am sold on the phone after using it, the phone was fast, and it was very reactive thanks to the 1 Ghz processor running the Eclair also know as Android 2.1. Apps are in abundance thanks to the App store. So those into social media or games, you won't find this phone boring.
Typing SMS on the thing was a breeze. The 5 megapixel camera was crisp and clear and the video comes with HD recording.
The amazing thing about this phone is that it allows you to do turn it into a wifi hotspot by activating it as a wireless modem. You can have your own wifi to share with people.
Random shots taken with the Samsung Galaxy S
I can go on and on about how good this phone is, but you have try it for yourself to know how good it is, also it was sold out over the weekends at SingTel. I can understand why.
Well there are some bad points of the phone, but minor points, like maybe cause I got fat fingers, when I was typing URL or message, I had some difficulty positioning the cursor to the start of the sentence.
Videos and pictures dont do the phone justice... so if you wanna check out the phone, you can go down to any SingTel hello! stores cause its only exclusive at SingTel. Visit the Samsung Galaxy S website for more specs of the phone.
Gonna end of with a short video I did on the phone, abut boring, but its a good chance to see the phone, the battery as well as my fat fingers.

Sure, you’re excited about the Samsung Galaxy S.
Now.
Stop.
And imagine 6 months after you bought the Galaxy. You’re angry. You been lied to. The promised updates never come. There are real problems just using the phone. Forums like this fill with users like you, angry, dumping the phone, and comparing how little the can get for it on craigslist. $150? If you’re lucky.
You’ll never buy a Samsung product again. Samsung has hired a PR firm to try to hide the real problems you and thousands of others are having with the phone.
This is real.
Do some research on the Samsung Behold II. This is Samsung’s business model.
1) Shiny new phone with promised updates
2) Wait… there’s no money in supporting a phone, only in selling new ones.
3) Refuse promised updates on under plainly false pretenses.
4) Go to step 1.
5) Profit.
Please, do not buy this or any other Samsung phone. HTC and Apple make nice phones that they support. Tell your friends.
I’m just a regular guy who fell for their lies. Don’t be me, 6 months from now, in a forum, writing this same message.
