I lost....

quite abit of weight recently. All in all since last year July? About 40kg.

What triggered the loss?

Actually its taunting from internal colleagues and of course the lack of clothes to begin with.

I mean in all honesty, I was fat and ugly. I can't change the latter, so might as well not be fat.

So what did I do to lose all those fats? Many people asked what extreme dieting have I took on. Honestly my answer to them is screw those fad diets, there is no easy way out. Exercise and clean eating is very important. I cut out all the carbos (rice, noodles etc) and switched to clean eating.


I have everyday for lunch boiled chicken, or salmon with fruits like berries, grapefruits and soy peas. I go gym almost everyday working out different parts of my body. With that I lose the 40kg excess fat.

I went from a 3XL to a cross between XL and L. Imagine the happiness I have when I now have an abundance of clothes to choose from.

Honestly at the end of the day. There is no easy way out to dieting. It's all hard work and commitment, either you do it or you don't.
